Solution: Smart Door with Integrated Voice Recognition Module
This smart door is a demonstration unit jointly developed by our company and Yogo Home & Mobility Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Yogo Home & Mobility”), offering a breakthrough solution that makes it possible to control door opening and closing simply by using voice commands. The door drive system uses a linear engine developed in cooperation with Ace Industry Corporation, achieving quiet, smooth operation and a mechanism that allows easy opening and closing with minimal force even during power outages.
Our high-precision local voice recognition module responds instantly through local processing and offers high privacy and low latency by not relying on the cloud. We’ve also integrated Yogo Home & Mobility’s life support technology called the “SMOOVE mechanism,” which delivers “gentle, refined movement,” combining intuitive voice operation with quiet door control that moves with minimal force. This reduces the force required for operation by 90% compared to conventional systems, dramatically improving safety and comfort.
Compared to sensor-based systems, voice recognition allows users to open and close doors on their own timing. The keywords used for voice recognition can also be customized.
