We are pleased to inform you that, effective January 1, 2027, our company will transfer its software business to TOYOTA TSUSHO DEFINEX CORPORATION, located at Shinagawa Front Building, 2-3-13 Konan, Minato-ku, Tokyo, through a company split.
Following the company split, from the effective date onward, the relevant business operations will continue to be handled by TOYOTA TSUSHO DEFINEX CORPORATION.
