NEXTY Electronics Corporation (HQ: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & Representative Director: Atsushi Aoki; hereinafter referred to as “NEXTY Electronics”) invested and entered into a capital and business alliance on August 30, 2019 with Ultimate Technologies Incorporated. (HQ: Nagano City, Nagano; President & Representative: Satoshi Utsumi; hereinafter referred to as "UTI"), a company that provides seamless technical services covering analysis, design, evaluation, and proposal.

[Background and Purpose]

In recent years, factors such as miniaturization of ECUs* has resulted in proximity of signal lines, which in turn has made electronic devices more likely to generate noise and heat －issues that has become increasingly difficult to resolve. Furthermore, if issues with noise or heat become apparent after manufacturing a prototype device, the development time may become longer due to rework.

This capital and business alliance between NEXTY Electronics with the expansive worldwide network and extensive knowledge of semiconductor peripheral technologies, and UTI with the advanced design capabilities and simulation/analysis technologies, will allows us to provide support for various customers from the design stage to resolve their issues with noise and heat, and help to shorten development times.

Based on circuit diagrams drawn by UTI, it is also possible to leverage the semiconductor peripheral technology knowledge of NEXTY Electronics, which enables us to propose the ideal parts to meet each customer's requirements.

The two companies will also be able to provide technical support to meet the strict requirements of overseas customers who are considering proposing products or solutions to Japanese clients.
