Two new EconoPACK™ 3B modules for power ESS have been added, offering 1200 V/500 A in a 3-level NPC1 IGBTS. One module utilizes a TRENCHSTOP™ IGBTS 7, while the other uses a SiC DIODES and a TRENCHSTOP™ IGBTS 7. Both modules are equipped with NTC THERMISTORS.
The EasyPACK™ 2B TRENCHSTOP™ IGBTS 5 650 V H5 – for HVAC and heat pump applications is a 650 V/35 A IGBT MODULES featuring a three-phase rectifier (Vienna Rectifier), a TRENCHSTOP™ 5 H5 transistor, and NTC THERMISTORS. Solder pins or PressFit pins are available for drive and heat pump applications.
The MOTIX™ TLE9186QVW GATE DRIVER IC for power BLDC motors (free samples available) is a 3-phase driver with a gate charge of 60 nC and a single current sense amplifier (CSA). It complies with ISO 26262 (ASIL B) and is AEC Q100 (grade 0) certified. The small VQFN 32 (5x5 mm) package design significantly reduces system board area and cost.
The MOTIX™ TLE92102QVW GATE DRIVER IC for power BDC motors (free samples available) is an advanced GATE DRIVER in a small VQFN-32 (5x5 mm) package. It controls up to four N-channel MOS FETS via an SPI interface. It features two half-bridges for DC motor control, one current sense amplifier (CSA), and is ISO 26262 (ASIL B) compliant.
The OptiMOS™ 6 power MOS FETS establishes a new performance benchmark by reducing RDS(on) by more than 30% and improving the figure of merit (FOM) by approximately 40% compared to the 80V OptiMOS™ 5, while also reducing conduction and SWITCHES losses. Optimized for high SWITCHES frequencies, it offers flexible choices with multiple package options, including the industry-standard SuperSO8 package.
The TRENCHSTOP™ IGBTS 7 1200 V S7 D2PAK is the ideal product for next-generation auxiliary drives, HV heaters, and 800 V onboard chargers. It's a solution that combines performance, efficiency, and reliability to enhance the value of your system.
The CoolSiC™ DISCRETE MOS FETS 1200 V G2 7 mΩ, housed in a long creepage-distance TO-247 4-pin package, leverages the strengths of first-generation technology to enable more cost-optimized, efficient, compact, easy-to-design, and reliable system designs.
XENSIV™ – KP497 Smart Barometric ATMOSPHERE SENSORS An advanced, low-power barometric ATMOSPHERE SENSORS. This product also integrates a single-axis accelerometer, TEMPERATURE SENSORS, and ELECTRIC VOLTAGE SENSORS. The KP497 can also operate as a regular digital sensor via an I2C or SPI interface.
The evaluation board REF_3K3W_3LFC_PSU is a 3.3 kW high-frequency, high-power-density POWER SUPPLIES unit (PSU) designed for server and communication applications. The front-end AC-DC converter uses a 3-level flying CAPACITORS (3LFC) with 400 V CoolSiC™ for power factor correction. Meanwhile, the high-frequency (500 kHz) DC-DC CONVERTERS provides isolation and output voltage regulation, employing a GaN LLC half-bridge circuit and full-bridge rectification.
The BBTS500101LUA1TOBO1 evaluation board is designed to drive high load currents in DC mode for charging capacitive loads using the Power PROFET™+ family. This evaluation board allows you to evaluate capacitive load SWITCHES using the Power PROFET™+ family for 12V, 24V, and 48V applications.
