Experience the latest development techniques for STM32 microcontrollers with actual hardware.
Information about our hands-on seminar

STMicroelectronics will be holding the "STM32 Summit on Tour" in Tokyo and Osaka, an event exclusively for participants (by lottery).
This event offers four hands-on seminars utilizing STM32 microcontrollers: digital POWER SUPPLIES design, embedded GUI development, edge AI development, and motor control design. These practical programs allow participants to learn the entire development flow, from design to evaluation and verification, by actually operating development tools and evaluation boards. This event is recommended for those who want to shorten development time, smoothly transition from evaluation to mass production, or verify the latest development methods with actual equipment.

This is a valuable opportunity to learn practical know-how that can be immediately applied in the field, while also gaining exposure to the latest STM32 microcontroller technology. We look forward to receiving your applications.

This event is by lottery. Your participation is not guaranteed at the time of application via the dedicated form.
The application deadline is scheduled for November 13th (Friday) at 5 PM Japan time. After the application deadline, a lottery will be held, and an email regarding your participation status and further details will be sent to the email address you provided in the application form from November 18th onwards.

Hands-on seminar program

Tokyo Venue: December 3rd (Thu) | Osaka Venue: December 8th (Tue)
10:00 - 13:00Track 1 Learn about designing and verifying STM32 digital POWER SUPPLIES using eDesignSuite and HIL.
This program offers hands-on experience in the design and verification process of digital POWER SUPPLIES development using STM32 microcontrollers, leveraging ST's design support tools "eDesignSuite" and "HIL (Hardware In the Loop)" environment. Through practical workshops, participants will learn efficient digital POWER SUPPLIES development methods, from POWER SUPPLIES topology selection and parameter design to real-time simulation-based operational verification. This program is ideal for those facing challenges such as "shortening the development period for digital POWER SUPPLIES" or "reducing prototyping and evaluation man-hours."
Participation requirements: None in particular
14:00 - 17:00Track 2 Achieve a high-quality GUI with STM32!
Experience high-performance graphics capabilities with the GUI design tool "TouchGFX".

In recent years, there has been a growing need for intuitive and sophisticated user interfaces, similar to those found in smartphones, in cutting-edge embedded devices such as home appliances and industrial equipment. This hands-on workshop uses the free embedded GUI design tool "TouchGFX" to provide a hands-on experience from screen design to GUI operation verification. It is ideal for developers who want to create advanced embedded user interfaces or develop more attractive GUIs in a short period of time.

Tokyo venue: Friday, December 4th | Osaka venue: Wednesday, December 9th
10:00 - 13:00Track 3 Experience edge AI development on a real device!
Getting Started with Machine Learning using NanoEdge AI Studio Software

With the spread of edge AI, processors that handle AI are attracting attention. ST's "NanoEdge AI Studio" is an embedded AI development tool for STM32 microcontrollers that allows users to quickly generate machine learning libraries using sensor data, even without specialized AI knowledge.
In this hands-on session, you will experience the entire development process, from acquiring sensor data using actual equipment to generating libraries with tools. This is ideal for developers who are thinking, "I want to start edge AI development," or "I'm interested in AI implementation using STM32."
Participation requirements: None in particular
14:00 - 17:00Track 4 Experience smooth motor control application development with STM32 "MC-SDK"
This presentation will introduce the latest vector control (FOC) technology and next-generation motor development methods, utilizing "MC-SDK," a development environment for STM32 microcontrollers that supports shorter development cycles and higher performance in motor control applications.
In this hands-on session, you will experience the entire process from actual application development to verification using the MC-SDK. This is ideal for developers who are considering developing or implementing related applications that use STM32 microcontrollers for motor control, or who are looking to improve development efficiency.
Participation requirements: None in particular
