Sunfool's basic circuitry utilizes a microcontroller, POWER SUPPLIES, communication ICs (CAN, LIN), a motor drive circuit to operate the switching motor, and position detection sensors. POWER SUPPLIES and communication ICs can be selected according to customer requirements, either as an SBC (System Base Chip) with integrated functionality on a single chip, or as individual ICs. Furthermore, for the MOS-embedded driver ICs used for motor drive, we offer MOS+driver solutions tailored to the required current values.
To meet the miniaturization requirements for ECUs while securing an output stage capable of driving motors with several amperes, Infineon presents three solutions.

1) DC Motor System ICs + MOS FETS
Entrust your motor drive control to our combination of DC Motor System ICs and MOS FETS, which incorporate POWER SUPPLIES, communication, and pre-driver functions.

2) NovalithIC™
Motor drive control can be achieved using just two Novalith IC™ chips, each incorporating a 1-channel half-bridge.

3) Embedded Power ICs + MOS FETS
This can be achieved using a combination of embedded power ICs with built-in microcontrollers and drivers, and MOS FETS.
