Electrification is rapidly progressing not only in passenger cars and trucks, but also in small mobility vehicles such as golf carts, AGVs (automated guided vehicles)*, and minibuses, with the aim of achieving carbon neutrality. In particular, demand for low-voltage (48V/80V systems) mobility is expanding in markets such as Japan, Asia, Europe, and North America. In these areas, securing high-quality drive components that can be supplied stably over the long term is a challenge, and there is a demand for the provision of highly reliable motors and controllers.

The motors and motor controllers we handle are products developed and manufactured in-house by Toyota Industries Corporation, the world's No. 1 forklift manufacturer*1. Based on the "high quality," "high reliability," and "high durability" cultivated in forklifts, they stably support the drive of 48V and 80V low-voltage electric mobility vehicles. Furthermore, by utilizing the dedicated software "NEOS Service Tool*2," customers can easily tune the power performance of their vehicles, such as maximum speed and acceleration.

FUEL BATTERIES, equipped with the second-generation FUEL BATTERIES cells from Toyota's "MIRAI," achieves the industry's highest level of efficiency as a PEFC for forklifts*. It utilizes a hydrogen FUEL BATTERIES stack with a proven track record of mass production in forklifts, ensuring reliable long-term use. Furthermore, its excellent power generation efficiency contributes to reduced running costs. The product line includes two types: one that allows for various generator usage scenarios, such as waste heat utilization, by providing a cooling system; and another with a built-in radiator, simplifying mass production design of generators including cooling functions.
