The AD5711R/AD5710R features eight 12/16-bit DAC channels that can be individually configured as current output digital-to-analog converters (IDACs) or voltage output digital-to-analog converters (VDACs). The AD5711R/AD5710R includes a built-in 2.5V, 3ppm/ºC reference.
When the AD5711R/AD5710R output is configured as an IDAC, the output current range is 0mA to 50mA. When configured as a VDAC, the output voltage range is 0V to VREF, or 0V to 2 × VREF.
The AD5711R/AD5710R utilizes a 25-ball wafer-level chip-scale package (WLCSP) and is specified for a temperature range of -40ºC to +125ºC.
