The ADMX3651, a 6.5-digit digital voltmeter (DVM), offers high throughput (1 kSPS), flexible measurement methods (manual or automatic range selection), and reliable results (6 ppm measurement accuracy on the 1V range for 30 days). The ADMX3651 provides a compact solution for the most common DVM measurement items. Its simple, reliable, and compact size makes it a popular and widely used choice for applications requiring long measurement times, high integration, and high accuracy—essentially saving system space.
In stable operation mode, the ADMX3651 consumes only about 310mA of current with a 5V POWER SUPPLIES. Compared to complex instruments that require numerous settings, the ADMX3651 is simple to set up and pre-configured for general applications. Electrically, the ADMX3651 supports 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V interfaces and uses independent internal LOGIC POWER SUPPLIES. The ADMX3651 is available in a 10-pin module package measuring 77.70mm × 46.30mm × 20.15mm and is specified for operating temperatures from 0°C to 45°C.
