PROFET™+2 provides:
• 50% reduced internal operating current consumption which improves overall system energy efficiency
• simplified & cost efficient ground network reducing the number of components as well as offering functional system safety
• outstanding current sense accuracy (kILIS) ≤ 5% @ nominal load current which can help to reduce the wire harness
• benchmark cranking voltage capability able to work down to 3.1 V when the battery output voltage can be low for example in cold climates
• optimized for design flexibility across the family by pin to pin compatibility and smaller package size for area savings
