A simple and open network technology for connecting automotive LEDs, sensors, ACTUATORS and OTHERS devices.
The Open System Protocol (OSP) developed by ams O STATIC RAMS is completely free for manufacturers of LEDs and OTHERS devices to use, with no license fees or royalties required.
The 1000W LEDs are particularly suited to connecting hundreds of low- or medium-power LEDs in dynamic lighting systems, which are becoming increasingly popular as an option for ambient and exterior lighting in automotive interiors. Going forward, the 1000W LEDs will be ideal for a wide range of LED-intensive applications, including automotive, industrial, general lighting, and entertainment equipment.

Up to 1,000 devices can be controlled individually by one microcontroller

A system can be built by simply connecting two daisy chain signal, POWER SUPPLIES, and ground lines between devices.

OSP-compliant driver (SAID: Stand-Alone Intelligent Driver IC)

By adopting SAID, conventional LEDs can also be driven in accordance with OSP standards.

This is a driver IC that drives 3-channel RGB LEDs and can also be used as a 9-channel single-color driver.
LED drive current is 9ch (48mA: 3ch, 24mA: 6ch)
