The ADG2712 is a 4-channel SPST SWITCHES featuring ultra-low leakage current. Its unique architecture allows for individual control of the four SWITCHES channels. Each channel exhibits extremely low leakage current, typically 8pA at 85°C and 56pA at 125°C. This ultra-low leakage performance, combined with a low on-resistance of just 9.1Ω, provides a compact SWITCHES solution for applications requiring high precision.
The ADG2712 supports rail-to-rail input signal ranges. Each SWITCHES can transmit signals bidirectionally with equivalent performance when in the ON state. SWITCHES turns on when LOGIC high (Logic 1) is applied to the corresponding digital control line, and the digital control input is 1.8V JEDEC compliant, making it easy to connect to microcontrollers and FPGAs (Field Programmable Gate Arrays).
The ADG2712 is an ideal solid-state replacement for mechanical relays in precision measuring and instrumentation equipment. It offers significant advantages in reliability, miniaturization, and high-speed SWITCHES performance while maintaining the low leakage performance of conventional relays. Furthermore, it can switch minute signals with high precision without affecting high-impedance nodes.
With its excellent low-leakage characteristics and high-precision SWITCHES performance, the ADG2712 is ideal for measurement instruments, data acquisition systems (DAQ), and various sensor interface applications. It is particularly well-suited for applications requiring high-precision handling of minute signals, such as BIOSENSORS and electrochemical measurement applications.
