The ADuM360N/ADuM361N/ADuM362N/ADuM363N are 6-channel digital isolators based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology.
Combining high speed CMOS and back-to-back monolithic air core TRANSFORMERS technology, this isolation device provides excellent performance characteristics, meeting CISPR 32/EN 55032 Class B limits at 5 Mbps. At 5 V operation, the isolation device features a maximum propagation delay of 10 ns and a pulse width distortion of less than 3 ns. Channel-to-channel matching is tight at 3.0 ns maximum.
