The LT®83401/LT®83402 synchronous step-down regulators combine high efficiency and excellent wideband noise performance through a unique design that combines an ultralow noise reference with Silent Switcher architecture.
An innovative ultra-low noise architecture enables SWITCHES regulator to achieve very low frequency (0.1Hz to 100kHz) output noise performance. The output voltage can be set with a single resistor, resulting in nearly constant output noise regardless of output voltage.
The Silent Switcher architecture enables high efficiency at high SWITCHES frequencies while minimizing electromagnetic interference (EMI) emissions.
The LT83401/LT83402 are well suited for noise-sensitive, high current applications that benefit from the high conversion efficiency of a synchronous SWITCHES regulator.
