Our ICC solution enhances two-way conversations between front and rear seats even in noisy driving conditions.
Voice signal processing suppresses howling (audio feedback), a typical challenge in two-way conversations, to enable natural dialogue.

NEXTY Electronics developed In-Car Communication system that utilizes voice signal processing technology to ensure that the voices of passengers are clearly audible even while the vehicle is in motion.
The voice signal processing is achieved with Analog Devices DSP, and their A2B technology is implemented for multiple microphone inputs.
This product is a result of a technology collaboration between our NEXTY Electronics and NEXTY System Design.

By amplifying the sound captured from microphones at the front and rear seats and outputting it through speakers, natural conversations can be enjoyed without feedback, even in noisy environments like highways.

Features

This product represents a technology collaboration between NEXTY Electronics and NEXTY System Design.

NEXTY Electronics manages overall system construction and project management, while our group company, NEXTY System Design, handles the sophisticated software development.
We also provide meticulous tuning support, which is crucial for optimizing voice processing functions.

Enables Two-Way Conversation

By utilizing voice signal processing technology developed by the partner, the ICC system suppresses feedback during in‑vehicle two-way calls. The system also includes an automatic volume control feature that adjusts speaker volume in real time based on ambient noise levels.

Employs Analog Devices DSP and A2B voice transmission technology

The ICC system uses DSP from Analog Devices, renowned for its performance in automotive audio systems.
It also utilizes Analog Devices' proprietary A2B voice transmission technology, enabling low-latency audio with cost-effective daisy-chained UTP cable connections for microphones—reducing both delay and overall system cost.

Application examples

Enables comfortable conversation, even in noisy environments such as road noise

The system captures each speaker’s voice through seat-mounted microphones and amplifies it through the cabin speakers for clear conversation. This enables two-way conversation between the person in the driver's seat and passengers in the 2nd or 3rd rows.

Enables Web Conferencing within the Car

The ICC system enables fully interactive online meetings inside the vehicle, using each seat’s microphone to include both passengers and remote participants in real time.
