Product overview

Infineon's CoolGaN™ is a high-performance power TRANSISTORS that uses gallium nitride (GaN) technology and offers performance that surpasses that of conventional SILICONE (Si)-based power devices. High-frequency SWITCHES, low on-resistance, and low gate charge significantly improve power conversion efficiency, contributing to system miniaturization, weight reduction, and heat reduction.
