2. Drain current
This is the amount of current that flows from the drain to the source when the device is on. As the gate voltage increases, the drain current increases, and as the gate voltage decreases, the drain current decreases.

3. On-resistance
This is the amount of resistance to electricity flowing when the switch is on. The lower the resistance, the smoother the current will flow.
