Product overview

Infineon's automotive MOS FETS are a product group that supports a wide voltage range from 30V to 800V and combines low on-resistance, high SWITCHES performance, and excellent thermal characteristics. They are AEC-Q101 qualified and are ideal for automotive applications such as EV/HEV battery management, DC-DC CONVERTERS, motor control, electric pumps and fans.
Advanced packaging technologies (OptiMOS™, CoolMOS™, TOLL, D²PAK, etc.) offer greater design flexibility and improved reliability. Adopted by automakers and Tier 1 suppliers around the world, our products contribute to accelerating the adoption of in-vehicle electrification.

Highly reliable MOS FETS with 60V rating. With low RDS(on) and excellent thermal performance, it is suitable for smart power distribution units and active suspension control.

■ 75V to 100V range: OptiMOS™ 5/7 80V series

High-performance MOS FETS with 80V withstand voltage. TOLL package allows for high current, making it ideal for safety systems such as electric brakes and steering control. AEC-Q101 compliant.

■ 120V to 300V range: OptiMOS™ 5/6 150V series

Achieves high power density with 150V withstand voltage. sTOLL package makes it ideal for DC-DC CONVERTERS and electric powertrains. Combines high efficiency and robustness.

800V Super Junction MOS FETS. Low loss and high speed SWITCHES make it ideal for on-board chargers and high voltage DC-DC applications. Also suitable for high temperature operation.
