Product overview

CoolSET™ is an AC-DC integrated power IC that combines a PWM controller with a high-voltage CoolMOS™ P7 MOS FETS (700V/800V/950V) in a single package. Available in fixed frequency and quasi-resonant configurations, it significantly simplifies the design of offline SMPS (SWITCHING POWER SUPPLIES). It is available in DIP-7 and DSO-12 packages and supports POWER SUPPLIES up to 60W.
