Product overview

The XENSIV™ MEMS microphone is a next-generation microphone that incorporates Infineon's unique dual backplate technology and a high-performance ASIC, achieving high SNR (up to 73dB(A)), wide dynamic range (105dB), and low distortion (THD<1%).
We offer a lineup of products tailored to various applications, including the IM69D130 (digital PDM), IM73A135 (analog differential), and IM67D130A (AEC-Q103-003 compliant automotive grade).
This supports high-precision voice processing such as voice UI (VUI), ANC (active noise canceling), beamforming, and AI voice recognition.
Furthermore, it is IP57 dustproof and waterproof, and can withstand temperatures from -40 to 105°C, making it ideal for automotive and industrial use.
It is being adopted in a wide range of applications, including smart LOUDSPEAKERS, TWS earphones, in-car hands-free devices, eCall, and external sound detection (sirens and road noise).
