Infineon's Gate Drivers are driver ICs designed to accurately and safely control power devices such as MOS FETS, IGBTS, SiC, and GaN. Product group

Non-Isolation

Level-Shift (Level Shift Type)
This driver absorbs the voltage difference between the high and low sides, enabling drive in a half-bridge configuration. It is cost-effective and is widely used in INVERTERS and POWER SUPPLIES circuits.

Galvanic Isolation
Complete electrical isolation between the control circuit and power circuit. Ideal for automotive and industrial applications where high voltage environments and safety are required, this product uses light and TRANSFORMERS for isolated signal transmission.
