Product overview

Infineon's SEMPER™ NOR FLASH MEMORIES is a next-generation NOR Flash that achieves the high reliability, high durability, and functional safety required in a wide range of fields, including automotive, industrial, communications, and IoT. With ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance (ASIL-D compatible), AEC-Q100 qualification, and PPAP support, it is ideal for applications that require safety, such as automotive ECUs, ADAS, and OTA updates.
The EnduraFlex™ architecture ensures over 1 million program/erase cycles and 25 years of data retention, even in harsh environments from -40°C to +125°C. Safety features such as ECC (Error Correction Code), Safe Boot, and CRC are standard to enhance system reliability.
Supporting capacities up to 4Gb and high-speed interfaces such as xSPI (octal), HyperBus™, and Quad SPI, the RAID controller achieves read speeds of up to 400MB/s. Its low-power consumption mode and flexible memory partitioning also contribute to the efficiency of embedded systems.
